Sorry I don’t have the Dyno charts that we made when I developed these cams.
I will have them in the future I just cannot access them right now.
All I can tell you is that when we developed a cam we did extensive dyno work and played around with all sorts of lobe centres and timings until we got something that worked .
They are not something that was just put into production with no testing.
From memory the DP cam makes another 1 or 2 HP right up the top end.
We were able to match that HP by changing the timing however like the DP cam it dropped the mid range off and left quite a big hole in the power ( lest than STD ! )
Fact is that you don’t ride your bike at red line that much . You spend most of the time in the mid range. The other thing is that when you ride the bike it is the Torque you can feel not the HP .
People get this mixed up most of the time.
On a race track we found power exiting the corner was far better for lap times than top end. Obviously the top end has to up there and a performance cam should not make a tractor out of the engine.
I think you will find these cams very good for both street and track day use.
